Daily Programme



8.30-10am:  Morning yoga class

10.00-10.45am:  Breakfast

10.45am-6.00pm: Free time, beach, pool, village tavernas, massage treatments, boat trips

6-7.30pm:  Evening restorative yoga class

8pm: Dinner served on the terrace


Our groups are small, normally a maximum of 10 people, and because some people like to come on their own we do welcome solo travellers who wish to share. We run morning and evening yoga sessions allowing you plenty of time to explore the local area, enjoy a relaxing massage, relax on the beach, take a dip in the pool or a long walk along the beautiful old mule tracks that criss cross the mountain side. With a small group of just 10 individual attention is guaranteed.

Our classes are for all yoga levels and are based on vinyasa flow the morning classes being active, while the evening classes are more restorative, with added meditation, holding poses for longer to allow the body to relax into stillness.
